The Jan/Feb/March notes can't convert for 180 days.

The remaining notes were $133K a/o March 31st and $55 is converted. So another $80K notes remaining from today

there is about $50k left to the convertible debt. call and speak with the ceo. how about that. ask him if there is $150k. there isn't. there have been 100 mil shares added to the os.
