Probably.....Just like Wayne used them to skim the money....starting with the 5M shares of the UNGS divvy that found hi way into his pocket.

Every p[enny these scams take in from selling shares ends up in the scammers pockets.....and that money comes from the street shareholders pockets.

Not just websites apparently.

But nothing will end the FAKE short volume crap...To much money to be fleeced by playing that scam angle
