I've been retired Fl winter & Ct summer for 5 years now and just turned 62. All due to stocks and never exceeding my needs.

You beat me there. I've been able to for the last 3 years, get a $200K annuity each year from stock gains to lock in guarantied 7% returns.

This year will be HUGE for all CBD investors. 50 mil GRPS, 25 MIL RSHN, 3.5 mil WSRC and 300K POTN.

I don't flip like you guys, I buy, accumulate and begin to unload after the big runs. Sure I have several pigs but it only take 1 good one per year to do it big.
