King, I agree that they aren't going to tell us what's going on until there's something concrete.

I understand your frustration, Loc. But prior to the Intel win, this was a zombie company about to be put out of its misery. Was it even trading for $.01? There weren't any recent filings with the SEC. It was not going to be anything but a bad investment memory shortly.

Then the patent win popped out of nowhere.

Did HDC even have a functioning office with overhead lights and a water cooler - or were some attorneys working on HDC's behalf out of their own office while HDC had its only employee selling the remaining office supplies and furniture out of an empty office?

Yes but I'm still hung and a few things that I need to understand. one of which the series "D" preferred shares that management is going to or wises to "implement"... coupled with why in the world are you not absorbing the series "C" preferred shares? Will management just issue the series "D" with the same definition as series "C" shares?

We had 15 million series "C" preferred shares that were not issued last time we were in the know as to proper SEC filings.
