Wait so he is asking “new charters”? keep old charters with new ones? Means he is going to not touch 30 yr mortgage but create charters for multifamily, refi, 15 years, 40 years, 5 ARM, etc sell those off in ipo and open those for competition. I’ve predicted a hybrid system 3 years ago. This sounds good for everyone. Keep in mind if they want to open competition that means more products must be offered.
