Yes there is a Form 10-12 for SEC registration as an SEC filer. It would have to include AUDITED financials for the last two years. Partner GRBX havent filed their 1st quarter financials yet either.
Looks like both need to get their ducks in a row first. Wouldn't want them to conflict with each other.
