Yikes.
Getting your "DD" from msg boards has put a LOT of folks into a hole in OTC stocks.
'Diligence', by definition can't really be done on un-verified company claims. Its more like Religion: you can choose to join the Church.
Of course nobody here needs advice, "everyone knows its the OTC!" and you should "only invest what you can afford to lose".
I've been told that several times (references available)...

Sure, definitely could happen, and I sincerely hope it does so that those who are stuck have an oppty to exit.
Sometimes great stocks struggle and questionable stocks sky-rocket. Anything goes, and if you're lucky enough to be in the latter, once again I suggest you have a plan in place to take advantage of it.
