If Tim wasn't constantly diluting we would of already hit $3 by now.

hmmm. im not even sure what to say. Yes, dilution is bad and devalues the pps. Also, why is he diluting so hard so often? If hes a business guy and he knows how much the company is worth dont you think he would let this go to $3 before he diluted(hed make way more money)- perhaps he knows somwething we dont. Afterall he already knows everyhting on that 10k we are waiting on.
