Totally agree - they needed that startign capital years ago when they IPO'd and now that core UCPA business is doing so well and they own 5% of one the great industry disruptors out there in LPI they want to take us private so they can keep all this gold to themselves. I for one will not be sellign a single share. THey can pry it from my hands at .50+. I know what LPI is and what' they've been doing. I'm gunna jc and watch - no fear here. Just keep playing Billy CUrrington - PPL are crazy.
