A more normal warrant-common ratio

is another company I'm involved in: OTLK. The Common is trading at $2.80 now, and the warrants (OTLKW) are .35. The strike price for the warrants is $2.90 and they do not expire until 2022. Once the Common hits $2.90 - $3, and stays there, the warrants will move up penny for penny with the Common.

But, with WINR and WINRW, the Common is only $1.40 and the W's are already $.40, with a strike price of $4. Thus, the ratio is out of whack between the Common and WINRWs. In time, that will even out.
