Basically he is unaware of any technical issues raised by BSI to their CE submission. Imho BSI is unfair to them by making them include alarm features which undoubtedly lead to further delays. These could have been left to gen2 device. Also notice from the presentation that faz is now more into the research and manufacturing rollout whilst bashir and Fred now handle business aspect reading from their bios.
