It's either that or Ken has a true partnership lined up which buys some more time. I just can't see another financing round if no partnership. Why would someone buy the offering without any future catalysts? Hoping for the best, prepared for the worst.
If indeed bankruptcy is the only path left, then petits statement about advaxis being a leader in oncology is about as deceitful and full of crap as they come. That guy turned out to be a total fraud.
