Here’s what’s my take on this; dr could have pump and dump this long time ago with fake news just like other penny stocks did,
He could easily PR many of the developments on every stage and sell millions of shares
I always like to look at the numbers

Chart is algorithm of numbers and consistently has been saying buy
And no indication of p&d
