Even the idiot Parki has had it beaten into his head that if enough checks come back NSF, enough garnishments are approved by the courts and enough enforcement judgements are ruled against HHSE, the FICO for the attempts by the principal to "secure" loans and those subsequent findings make their way onto the interwebz.
