First of all...investors looking how real a company are and who are the investors of the company,..VRUS have revenues,debt reduced,cashflow,real products,worldwide partnerships,new incoming deals,prepare for uplist.

Second...A/S increased to 7.5B, NOT because of delution or pay debts, but because of the SEC and future uplist regulations.
