The 10k expected Sept30..( "K" is 90 days after June30, Q's are 45 days after reporting period ends..gl.. :)

...and another reason why SGMD needs to show some revenues or Jimmy breaks it down into simplest terms what it takes to record revenues..Will be a long summer awaiting Sept30 filing if upcoming Q is weak.
