Seems like you have finally come to the conclusion that the current DECN CEO is incapable and inept - CONGRATULATIONS! Welcome to the enlightened side!

Now maybe with your "wise" counsel, of course, MF Berman and the one other BOD member will recruit a capable CEO and give DECN a fighting chance given the years of Berman Syndrome and reputational risk.

As far as your question, as I have said several times to you - I do not work with or for those I do not respect AND I have absolutely NO respect for MF Berman or his associates.
