I'm Glad Wayne sold GCAN to the Dream Team! GCAN would most likely still be in the Gutter and still not be Trading if this A$$hole was running it. Looks like he personally Took most of the 5.3 million GCAN shares UNGS retained and only left ungs and it's shareholders with 628,476 shares of the original retained 5.3 million GCAN shares.
I bet he finds a way to Take or beat shareholders out of those remaining 628,476 shares also. If he wants to prove right by shareholders he needs to do something quickly that involves or is for UNGS and it's shareholders with those 4 million shares, He took control of. Like buy up UNGS now that it has a very low O/S and then get us a Dream team to run UNGS. I thought he Might use those 5.3 million GCAN shares early on to buy up UNGS shares instead of his absurd R/S.
Maybe he will do it after the fact, Now that he took control of
4 million of UNGS Retained 5.3 million GCAN shares. Maybe he will Now do something like that, Now That it would benefit him personally. which I now Think may have been his Plan all along. Wayne 1st! LOL!
UNGS With an O/S of 11,694,595 now that he did his absurd R/S Plus increased or diluted it since.
UNGS 11,694,595 O/S x .044 = $514,562
The 4,000,000 gcan shares he took control of x .15 is $600,000.
Looking back at the many Years I successfully Traded Ungs. I now attribute my profit's to my own Trading ability only. Even If Ungs is successful in the near future with some new deal. Now that the O/S is low because Wayne has pillaged shares holders with an absurd 4000 to 1 R/S and what really pisses me off is it APPEARS he has took the best assets for himself.
If anyone was or is trading ungs for a long term investment. I don't think they can rely on UNGS for a long term investment as long as Wayne is running it. Of course I never did or do with any stock unless I've FLIPPED enough to ride shares for Free. Like I have done here and HOPEFULLY can continue to do here. If I stay and Play any longer.
It might be time to cut loose of the few Thousand dollars worth of UNGS I have left after being lucky enough here to Profit here in the Past and never look Back! If Wayne cares to keep or have any UNGS Future or past shareholders. It's time to pull another Rabbit out of his hat.
