EVIO is in Stinky Pinky stop sign status. Many retail traders ban trading or at the very least ban buying of these OTC stocks.

Until the audited financials are released and they get that stop sign off... volume is going to suffer massively as a big portion of buyers couldn't buy even if they wanted to.
