Context: your first post RE: YBIN/SNGY was made 2 weeks ago with a reference to the custodial company for YBIN/SNGY and PBEC (and cross-posted to that board).

Please explain how either:
1) someone close enough the Jeff Bearden to obtain insider info has CLEARLY, based on those posts, Z-E-R-O idea what this company is as of 2 weeks ago

or

2) someone that knows, evidently, Z-E-R-O about this company becomes best buds with the CEO in 2 weeks.
