Actually, I think its amazing how many things were discussed on this board
about managements intentions in regards to ripping off shareholders.

Going back years, probably to when they went public?

With how they structured the business, named the corporations, how principals quickly cashed out when startup still needed funding.

How they funneled monies to the private company, overpaid for licensing,
and how the toxic financing enriched related parties.

Hind sight is 20/20 but to me its amazing that with Kristul's history anyone would think he was ever going to treat shareholders fairly.

Nine years ago to the day someone was pretty much predicting that shareholders would be abandoned by HCTI?

.. and Kristul wasnt the only player whose history should have made it easier to imagine how HCTI shareholders would be treated:

Apparently, NNRI was a very similar operation which Darin was involved in
prior to EPOD /HCTI

NNRF:

Thanks for the confirmation

Nellis is now involved with NTI and the planned merger of NTI into EPDS. NTI uses another Eurotech tech under a sub-license from Global Matrechs. The NuCap tech hyped by NNRI was the other Eurotech tech. I'm sure you will recall how these things were done.

Maybe Richard and Darin are at it again...

sowhatsnext, gone the same way as GBMR. Both scams. NNRF, iirc was a Russian pump job.

Other posts during that period for NRRF foretell the HCTI story.

So, this was all somewhat predictable, but we liked the story of the technology enough to give Yosef and Darin a pass on previous behaviors?
