mtL- Which day traders and how exactly is it confirmed it was day traders who loaded in the .006s and recently dumped millions at the ask?

Judging from the MM's involved on the ask it wasn't retail day traders but the same converter/insider crew that's been dumping for months.

Looks like the same old crowd here to me.
