That first term sheet was abandoned sometime around November. For any folks still stuck on it, keep in mind that it was contingent on further DD (the BTD decision), and included IBD (which includes UPS). The company stopped mentioning it. It was gone. We now have another one, and with a much better chance of signing. It is perhaps from the same BP, but that is unknowable.
