I understand we had very little money but would you not think that by now most if not all that work should have been completed by now? I mean look at the time frame.

Back in 06, 07 HDVY issued a statement concerning the improper use of the patent. Several schools were giving a warning. Some were paying a fee and some were not. Several corporations were also giving notice, I assume INTEL was one of them. How deep the use goes is open to speculation. I would venture a guess it is deeper than most think. I have been here since before the name change and I am hoping for a positive outcome. JMO
