I think the longs here are in a waiting pattern right now... time to pull back the curtain...IMHO. Said it the other day, they have a HUGE task ahead for up listing by EOY. I don’t think the holiday weekend should cause a delay in filing the S-1 or M/A’s announcement... time is a waisting!!!!
Also, the Q2 filings won’t be audited... only the K is audited...
