Those are paper shares, not retail, and are restricted insider shares.

THEY DID NOT ADD TO THE FLOAT!!

Also note that $500,000.00 of stock holder equity was created to fund the marketing, receivables and inventory build up of Nemo in the funding of that deal. It was not a toxic spiral crash of the stock price debt deal.

Also most if not all of the debt, (about $500,000 more?? I forget the number, but it was significant) was converted months ago and reported as debt converted to shares, thus also now shareholder equity) that ended interest costs for the company on that debt. The same person made both deals, meaning he is now the largest stuck holder/shareholder with shares he paid .01/share for. If my memory is right, that means he has now invested close to 1 million dollars at .01/share in the last 6 months? He could stayed with debt and collected interest and crashed the stock price to .001
Instead he joined us as stockholders, as the largest investor in the company from what I hear?

That is one of the most bullish buy signals one can get in OTC land.
