this float is like moving an ocean liner---------a different kind of expectation seems to be in play. Or i've just been studying the PAYS float too long- and expect similar outcomes. Or, as talked about on the other TEUM board on IV, the institutions here have taken over TEUM....and have yet to be as involved in PAYS...(just talking out loud, here, folks)
