GetRich902902, I'm not saying anyone committed fraud, the SEC determines that. As for as Forward-Looking Statements, SeeThruEqualty had that same statement on every PR they released also and they were shut down. Lastly, if it was his mistake NO ONE (Business Partners, Insiders, etc.) should be able to benefit from it while the shareholders are screwed. That's a Fact!
