the trouble with that analysis is they are two separate issues. If I was buying VLXC's NOLs I would use that valuation. Now if I am trying to assume what VLXC is worth then I need to look at the book value of the asset assume some dilution by the reverse merger or whatever form it takes and then assess the value the market would place on the total.
