They don't have a clue. As I explained, the second they disturb those old tailings, no matter how they do it, they will need an APP from the State which takes millions of dollars and years to obtain.

And trucking tailings to a city 1.5 hours away costs loads of money - the tailings have less than half a g/ton gold according to the old records and the sampling that was done by one of Hondo's consultants. And not much silver either. And what will the processing plant do with the waste product they generate? Are they permitted for disposal of a waste product full of lead? Doubtful.

None of it is plausible. Hondo tried and failed, and they were going to do all the treatment on site. They ignored the rules and regulations.

The PR was not from CTDT? I assume they will issue a statement saying so?

BTW, Apache Mill is not incorporated in Arizona or Nevada, it seems.
