What happened to Falcon deal that was touted to manage

Cali. No price set no confirmation. Many loose ends need to be wrapped up here to justify

2 billion market cap. Verano vote not til June.

Lock up expired yesterday but they are likely hedged

to support where they see fit. Thought maybe you slipped

off to the Hamptons for summer.

Made money here looking for new entry it's a trader until it's not.
