They’re maintaining separate actions (WW alleged Drex is self dealing, Billet alleged that Drex utilizes marital assets in his loans to the company), but each has sited the other in pleadings, and both are asking their respective court to appoint a receiver to run the show and prevent Drexler from converting. WW has been trying to use discovery from the Billet trial, which Drew is fighting tooth and nail.
Until these cases are resolved, I don’t see the $.35 tender happening. Too much is up in the air WRT Drexler’s shares.
