I guess it shows the importance of only buying at .0001 unlike what I and many did.

I suggest an eye is kept on whether that property closes. (Keep checking the county recorder.) They'll probably dump as many .0001s as they can sell to raise money for it. Just a guess.

If it does close then I suspect the action will be near. June 30th is still a-ways away though.
