It's the absolute same situation whether you can sell or not. Right now you can sell SIAF for whatever 15 or 17 cents. That's how much money you have left from SIAF. Everything else is gone. Period. It's the same for a no bid stock. These guys will also argue that the stock could go back up just like some here think SIAF could go back up. That remains to be seen. Right now the money is gone except 15-17 cents of it or whatever the current bid is. Everything else you mentioned is not relevant in this case.
