That 90 day grace period has NOTHING to do with CELZ's contract with the lenders:

EVENTS OF DEFAULT

(xiv) an event resulting in the Common Stock no longer being listed or quoted on a Trading Market, or notification from a Trading Market that the Borrower is not in compliance with the conditions for such continued quotation on at least one Trading Market and such non-compliance continues for twenty (20) days following such notification;
