Seeing that he only has hours to comply, why on Earth does it matter what I post? If the 10Q doesn't come, then whoever just dumped a few shares now would just dump in the morning. Shake your head if you want, but it is irrelevant to the final outcome.

Never seen a worse stock in this sector. What a complete POS this one is, somebody dumping for months, can't do anything on any catalyst, amazing.
