IF any retail is buying its just longs averaging down...the ballooning O/S and desperation for CELZ to get money to survive within the next 2 weeks will have CELZ trading in the .004's pretty soon.
mtL- Pretty sure April 2 started its consecutive day close below a penny.
At any rate, CELZ has closed a minimum of 30 consecutive calendar days below the penny threshold.
That being said OTC Markets sent a notice out to CELZ March 2 right?
Section 7. Events of Default (xiv) an event resulting in the Common Stock no longer being listed or quoted on a Trading Market, or notification from a Trading Market that the Borrower is not in compliance with the conditions for such continued quotation on at least one Trading Market and such non-compliance continues for twenty (20) days following such notification; https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1187953/000114420419012293/tv515504_ex4-1.htm
Hmmm, so 20 calendar days after March 2 is March 22 right?
Will CELZ close above .01 bid to stave off an Event Of Default by next Wednesday?
