You meant someones first bought millions shares at the higher price levels (0.001x) then dump all of them at much lower price levels (0.0009 ~ 0.0005) in order to create a Panic Sell-Off so that they could load up dirt cheap shares at much much lower price levels (0.0004 ~ 0.0003)?

Anyway the CH7-"Q" stock RCPIQ is trading at $102K MV now v.s. its CH11-"Q" peer RGDXQ at almost exactly the same MV ($100K) currently. Both are Bio-Pharma Tech companies.
