"Hope" as you describe it is a poor approach to investments. Investing expecting a miracle to drive the price makes for huge losses. In order to avoid them, I suggest a close look at all the fundamental information available and couple it with a firm understanding of Technical Analysis.
It's beyond credulity that if the analysis gives way to so many reasons not to own PSTI without a single reason to own shares, that either one doesn't make the investment or if it is made, to SELL it. That's the only thing that makes sense to any savvy investor.
