BS. Apache cannot mine and process those tailings in Chloride without years of expensive permitting. There is mighty little gold and silver in the tailings, and there is no current process that would make money doing it.

Hondo Mining tried this, and got shut down. Notices of Violation were issued, and it ended badly for investors.......
