It is good that they want world-wide rights and first refusal for other GI disorders, and medically this does include the mouth and therefore OM. The fact that they don't mention OM makes it likely that the partner would not pursue it until/unless other mucosa applications (eg IBD) clearly show efficacy in Phase 3. Our OM results were just too ambiguous overall to immediately put capital into it...
