When the preferred shareholders or toxic note holders are ready to dump, you’ll get a little pump probably before it gets driven down into oblivion. Many people bought in at this level 2 years ago with the outstanding share count about where it is now. And it ended up at .0001 with 2 billion shares outstanding followed by a 1-1500 RS. History repeats itself..........
