Collier is manipulating the SP by hitting the ask for a measly $25 in the last 5 minutes of trading, that is the only reason why it closed up 11% when the overwhelming volume was the note holder dumping into the bids.
These guys are real scums of the earth, they will reverse split the stock if it goes sub-penny because otherwise they will have to go pink sheets.
They raised over $550k in new $hitty convertible notes, yet some people on here like to show up and tell people that have been in the stock for years that this is a great opportunity to buy.
I can't imagine anyone being happy that the stock has lost 80% of its value in the last year.
