$200 is not "like everyone else". We will not have a $50BN market cap.
We'll could have a sustainable $100MM+ market cap if we get the deal signed and it includes at least $10MM in upfront capital. That is a sp of around $.40.
Not worried about us covering the cost of the IBD development (release pill, advanced trials, etc). The BP deal would no doubt cover that since we have no capital ourselves. I'm focused on the capital we can use to get the K pill done and into the clinic. So is the market. It's likely confident this term sheet is good to go; it's just a matter of the terms (so we can finance K) and what happens to B-OM.
