Hi Mary, we'll see if this link works, if not we'll try again. When companies have been non filing to get listed they have to make numerous filings, I've looked through the filings and I don't see anything missing, they've even filled to register the new shares for the split.
PR might have been accurate and Nasdaq might have suggested more liquidity, who knows.
I take all these PR's with a grain of salt, never heard of this as a reason to split but it could be true.
