Yes.... that's why I brought
up the statue of limitations on a trustee after
a bankruptcy is closed.... anyway... in my
humble opinion.... worrying about a trustee
coming after lazar, 5 yrs after the fact, for
a worthless empty shell.... is like worrying
about a millionaire picking up & taking a
Dollar bill that you lost 5 yrs ago....
