AT least Wayne tried to file a Form 4. No matter that his Notes are screwed up and he doesn't know the difference between an indirect ownership interest and a derivative ownership interest,.....or the differenve between a Form 4 and a form 3.
Still waiting on those REQUIRED Form 3's to be filed by the scammers at Green C that were due 3 months ago. They are still trying desperately to hide the fact that they GAVE themselves 471M shares while "allowing" the divvy holders to retain 5% of their company.
But stealing 95% of a Company is pretty common in these pinky scams.
