Previous owner of this Shell did that, he is gone now, not only gone but under indictment for a scam pre-CKLA. This shell, which I have been in since pre-split is now controlled by a new CEO with a new concept. We don't know what he is going to do with it so it is purely a lottery ticket at the moment. I have averaged down since I was at a total loss after the RS and am hoping for good things.
