Hey Dj, did you happen to pickup on this in the disclosure? Is this what Franky refers to as "NOISE"?

On October 29, 2018, Living Spaces Furniture, LLC, filed a lawsuit seeking monetary damages in the Superior
Court for the State of California, San Diego County, naming Ultra Shield West, Inc., Service USA, Inc., McCusker
& Company, Inc., and McCusker Holdings Corp., as defendants. The lawsuit alleges claims for breach of
contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and violations of Business & Professions Code
