That's funny. The "public numbers" are a stock sale of 1B shares by the company for $0.005, and that's really all the company is interested in doing. Anybody that does a minimum of DD, even in the OTC, is going to see that S-1 and read it to see if the company is diluting the stock so they can decide whether a play is worthwhile. And, well, the S-1 says they are, and about 5X the current OS, and I expect that has put a damper on the expectations, especially when compared to other plays where the company hasn't tipped that hand.
